There are so many great New Orleans recipes, it was hard for me to narrow down this list to just a few options!
Creole Seafood Gumbo
Scrumptious gumbo with andouille sausage, ham, crab meat, oysters, and shrimp in a brown sauce; perfect served with a little brown rice.
Red Beans and Rice
Simmer red beans with onion, garlic, and seasonings (and some ham or sausage, if you like), and serve with brown rice or some fried potatoes.

Cajun Jambalaya Pasta
Andouille sausage and chicken cooked in a creamy cajun sauce with pasta (feel free to add some shrimp at the last minute, if you like).
