We are excited and happy to be a part of this collective effort with SOS International and Around the Table to provide so many wonderful recipes as part of the Legacy Cookbook, raising awareness about children who go hungry and how we can make a difference by providing meals for them.
At the Legacy Golf Tournament hosted by SOS International this year, we gave the ladies in attendance a printed copy of the Legacy Cookbook, filled with donated recipes from friends of the organization, many of whom have given much of their own time and resources towards feeding children and helping many in their own communities and around the world. We were honored to have recipes included from Peggy Nelson (widow of golf great Byron Nelson), the Pennington family, and many more.

We hope you will be inspired by the recipes and stories, so that you too will enjoy family dinner around the table as often as possible with your own family.
Additionally, please consider making a difference by participating in Around the Table's monthly family package of activities, challenges and recipes from around the world designed to raise awareness about hunger, poverty and malnutrition while also facilitating delicious meals with your family. Each month, your family's participation provides 250 meals for hungry children!
All of the recipes from the cookbook can be found in the digital Legacy Cookbook right here on Dish Dish (so you can easily view and save the recipes for yourself and create your shopping lists and menus, all kept synced together for you).
Thank you for taking a moment to join us in the fight against hunger. Enjoy some time around the family dinner table, rejoicing for the meal you enjoy, and choosing to help those who would otherwise go hungry.
