The holidays are quickly approaching. Does your heart race fast with anticipation or perhaps a little bit of dread? Especially if you are hosting family and friends for the holidays, now is the time to get that holiday kitchen ready for entertaining.
(Hopefully yours doesn't need as much updating as this simple antique kitchen, though it is adorable in its own right.)
So much excitement coming soon - preparing food and decorating and enjoying time together. As I think about hosting family and friends, I'm busily planning menus, looking for new recipe and decor ideas, and thoroughly enjoying the anticipation.
Then I look around the kitchen and - gasp!
Is my roaster big enough for the meal I'm making?
Do I have enough serving platters or plates to go around?
I think it might be time to invest in some better cookware or baking supplies to get me through the season.
Oh, and I haven't even decided how I'm going to decorate the tables - one large centerpiece or a long row of several small pieces spread along the middle of the table?
