Zucchini Parmesan Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - zucchini thinly sliced
  2. 3 tablespoons - butter
  3. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  4. 2 tablespoons - chopped fresh basil
  5. 1 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan

Directions:

Cook zucchini on low heat in butter, turning to cook.

Add garlic and basil; remove half of zucchini, and cover remaining zucchini with Parmesan, then top with other half of zucchini.

Serve hot.
