Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sliced squash
  2. 1 cans - cream of celery soup
  3. 1 cups - sour cream
  4. - small amount diced onion
  5. - Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Boil squash to crisp-tender.

Combine soup, sour cream and onion.

In a greased casserole dish, put layer of bread crumbs, layer of squash, part of sour cream mixture, alternating layers ending with crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
