Zippy Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1 packages - 10 oz. frozen Brussels Sprouts
  2. 1 cloves - garlic finely minced
  3. 1 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice


Prepare Brussels sprouts according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.

Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over low heat, cook garlic 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Brussels sprouts and lemon juice and stir 2 to 3 minutes, or until sprouts are heated through.
