Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons - liquid smoke sauce
- 3/4 cups - tomato paste sauce
- 1/2 cups - water sauce
- 4 pounds - ground beef
- 2 cups - breadcrumbs
- 4 teaspoons - minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
- 2 - onions chopped
- 1 1/2 cups - fresh parsley minced
- 1 teaspoons - black pepper
- 4 - eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups - BBQ sauce sauce
- 1/3 cups - ketchup sauce
- 1/3 cups - brown sugar sauce
Directions:
Combine meatball ingredients. Form into 1 in balls. Bake the meatballs in a shallow baking dish at 350 for 20 mins. Transfer meatballs to slow cooker. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour over meatballs. Cover, cook on low 4 hours or high 2 hours.
