ZERO POINT MEATBALLS

Directions:

1 and 1/2 pounds of fat free chopped turkey breast
1/16 of a cup or 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/16th of a cup of parsley flakes
1 egg
to moisten use roasted blended eggplant (also made with salt pepper and garlic) amounting to 1 cup
Mix thoroughly and roll in 1 inch balls
Bake on Pam sprayed cookie sheet 12-13 minutes on each side (make sure each side is browned!
Enjoy them plain or with your favorite Marinara Sauce
