Yorkshire Pudding Popovers

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - eggs well chilled
  2. 1 cups - cold low-fat (1 percent) milk
  3. 1 tablespoons - butter melted
  4. 1 cups - all-purpose flour
  5. 2 - scallions thinly sliced
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly coat a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Immediately pour the batter into the muffin cups.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.

Cool slightly before removing from the muffin cups; serve immediately.
