Yogurt-and-Ginger Snap-Coated Pears

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Low-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt
  2. 2 whole - Large pears Sliced
  3. 1 cups - Ginger snaps Crumbled

Directions:

1. Place yogurt and pears in a gallon-size zipper bag. Toss until well coated.
2. Place crumbled ginger snaps in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Add a few pear slices at a time and toss until well coated.
3. Place coated pear slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze 1 hour or until ready to use.
