Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter melted
  2. 1 cans - beef consomme 10 oz.
  3. 1 cans - onion soup 10 oz.
  4. 1 cans - water chestnuts 8 oz.
  5. 1 cans - sliced mushrooms 8 oz.
  6. 1 boxes - long grain and wild rice mix 6 oz.

Directions:

In a large bowl combine butter, consomme and onion soup.

Stir in water chestnuts, mushrooms, rice and seasoning packet.

Place in 2-quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
