Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - veal cutlets
  2. 1/2 cups - flour
  3. 1 - egg beaten
  4. 1 cups - fine bread crumbs
  5. - salt and pepper
  6. 6 tablespoons - butter
  7. 1 - lemon

Directions:

Pound each cutlet between 2 pieces of wax paper.

Dredge cutlet in flour, dip in beaten egg, then dip in bread crumbs.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in large skillet; cook quickly on each side.

Melt remaining butter in same pan; squeeze lemon juice into butter and pour sauce over cutlets.
