White or Dark Chocolate Modeling Clay

Ingredients:

  1. 14 ounces - Candy melts
  2. 1/3 cups - Light corn syrup
  3. 14 ounces - Candy melts
  4. 1/3 cups - Light corn syrup

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate in double boiler over warm, not simmering water. When almost melted, remove from heat and stir to complete. OR- melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl in microwave, at 50% power for one minute. Stir, microwave again for 15-30 second intervals, stirring after each until almost melted. Stir to complete.
2. Let cool for 5 minutes.
3. Add corn syrup, all at once. Stir to combine, completely. Wrap in plastic wrap. Let rest several hours or overnight.
4. Dust work surface and rolling pin with confectioner's sugar or cocoa.
5. Roll dough into shapes
