White Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  1. - white fish fillets
  2. - flour, salt and pepper for coating fish
  3. 1 tablespoons - butter
  4. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  5. 1/2 cups - white wine
  6. 1 pinchs - oregano
  7. 1 pinchs - sweet basil
  8. 1 pinchs - garlic salt
  9. 1 - bay leaf
  10. 1 pinchs - parsley

Directions:

Sprinkle fish fillets with flour, salt and pepper.

Saute in butter and olive oil.

Add white wine and herbs, and cook until thickened slightly. Pour over fish before serving.
