Ingredients:
- - white fish fillets
- - flour, salt and pepper for coating fish
- 1 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1/2 cups - white wine
- 1 pinchs - oregano
- 1 pinchs - sweet basil
- 1 pinchs - garlic salt
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 pinchs - parsley
Directions:
Sprinkle fish fillets with flour, salt and pepper.
Saute in butter and olive oil.
Add white wine and herbs, and cook until thickened slightly. Pour over fish before serving.
