White & Chocolate Frostings

  1. 4 cups - Powdered Sugar
  2. 1/3 cups - Boiling Water 1/3 to 1/2 cup
  3. 1 ounces - Semi Sweet or Bittersweet Chocolate melted


Place powdered sugar in a bowl. Gradually stir in boiling water until it is a thick, spreadable mixture. Divide the sugar mixture into 2 bowls. Add the melted chocolate into one half, leaving the other half white. Decorate each cookie, half with white frosting, half with chocolate. Place frosted cookies on wire racks to dry completely before storing.
