Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 whole - Orange, Zest or zest from 1 clementine
- 1 cups - Butter, softened
- 3/4 cups - Sugar, granulated
- 3/4 cups - Sugar, packed brown
- 2 whole - Eggs
- 1 tablespoons - Vanilla extract
- 3 cups - Oats, Quick or Old-fashioned
- 1 cups - Cranberries, dried
- 3/4 cups - Chocolate, white morsels
Directions:
* Heat oven to 350 degrees.
* Line to cookie sheets with nonstick baking mats or parchment paper.
* In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and zest; set aside.
* In a missing bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
* Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
* Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving plenty of space between mounds of dough.
* Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets for several minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough, letting the cookie sheets cool completely between batches.
