White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - sour cream
  2. 2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  4. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - ground white pepper
  6. 5 ounces - 15 1/2 ox cans of great northern beans drained and rinsed
  7. 20 ounces - Shredded or cubed chicken cooked or grilled ahead of time
  8. 1 ounces - 32 oz container low salt chicken broth
  9. 3 cups - shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  10. 2 ounces - 4 oz cans diced green chilis optional
  11. 2 - onions small

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours on low setting. Makes 21 cups. Garnish with additional Monterey Jack cheese and chopped green onions if desired. Crunch up tortilla chips instead of crackers.
