Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups - Sugar
  2. 3 cups - Heavy cream
  3. 2 cups - White corn syrup
  4. 2 cups - Brazil nuts
  5. 2 cups - Walnuts
  6. 2 cups - Cherries Drain and cut in half
  7. 6 cups - Sugar
  8. 3 cups - Heavy cream
  9. 2 cups - White corn syrup
  10. 2 cups - Brazil nuts
  11. 2 cups - Walnuts
  12. 2 cups - Cherries Drain and cut in half

Directions:

Mix and boil sugar, cream and syrup. Until soft boil stage 236. Cool 15 min and then beat until gloss goes away. Add nuts and cherries. Pour into greased buttered pan 11 x 15 pan
