Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - Butter softened
  2. 2 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 cups - Sweet milk whole
  4. 3 cups - Cake flour scant
  5. 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  6. 5 whole - Egg whites medium
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  8. 3/4 cups - Butter softened
  9. 2 cups - Sugar
  10. 1 cups - Sweet milk whole
  11. 3 cups - Cake flour scant
  12. 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  13. 5 whole - Egg whites medium
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla

Directions:

Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until light. Add egg yolks, sugar, cake flour, milk, and baking powder. Fold in egg whites. This recipe makes 3 - 8 inch layers or 2 - 9 inch layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
