Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - Butter softened
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Sweet milk whole
- 3 cups - Cake flour scant
- 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 5 whole - Egg whites medium
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 3/4 cups - Butter softened
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Sweet milk whole
- 3 cups - Cake flour scant
- 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 5 whole - Egg whites medium
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until light. Add egg yolks, sugar, cake flour, milk, and baking powder. Fold in egg whites. This recipe makes 3 - 8 inch layers or 2 - 9 inch layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
