Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - flour
  2. 1/2 cups - milk
  3. 1/4 cups - butter
  4. 1/4 cups - shortening
  5. 1/2 cups - sugar
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 2 tablespoons - flour
  8. 1/2 cups - milk
  9. 1/4 cups - butter
  10. 1/4 cups - shortening
  11. 1/2 cups - sugar
  12. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Mix flour and milk in saucepan. Cook over low flame until thick. Put in saucer and cool.

Cream butter (or oleo) and shortening for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Add sugar gradually and beat 4 minutes. Add flour paste and beat 4 minutes. Add vanilla and blend.
