Whipped Cream

  1. 2 cups - Whipping cream cold
  2. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
  3. 3 1/2 tablespoons - To 4 Tbsp sugar To taste


In a very cold glass bowl (put in freezer for a few minutes before using), pour the whipping cream and vanilla.

With a handheld electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed for one minute. Add sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Taste to see if you want to add more sugar, and add as needed.

Continue to beat until medium-stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat or it will turn runny again. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. Keeps in fridge for up to 6 days.
