Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  2. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  3. 1 cups - heavy whipping cream

Directions:

Place a metal or glass mixing bowl and the beaters from your hand mixer into the freezer for 5-10 minutes before beginning.

Combine sugar, vanilla, and whipping cream in chilled bowl, and beat with mixer until cream thickens and peaks start to form (about 2-3 minutes).

Use right away or store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 10 hours; whisk briefly with a hand whisk before serving.
