Wendy's Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - carrots, peeled
  2. 1/4 cups - butter
  3. 1/4 cups - packed brown sugar
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  5. - parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Cook the carrots.

Combine all other ingredients together in a small sauce pan, heat on low until all ingredients have melted together & combined. Do not boil. About 5 minutes on simmer. Drizzle over carrots, toss & serve.
