- 1 pounds - maple sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 - eggs
- 2 1/2 cups - milk
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - ground mustard
- 6 slices - bread
- 1 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs with a whisk. Stir in milk, salt and ground mustard.
Lay bread in bottom of lightly greased baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top.
Sprinkle sausage on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove 30 minutes before cooking; cook at 350° F for 40 minutes.
