Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1/2 cups - flour
  3. 2 cups - milk
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  8. 2 cups - sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter, add flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Blend. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until thickened. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Serve over toast with bacon, tomato and asparagus.
