Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - sweet Asian chili sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  3. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  4. 5 ounces - baby spinach
  5. 2 cups - cubed watermelon
  6. 3 slices - bacon cooked & crumbled
  7. 1/8 cups - red onion sliced

Directions:

Whisk together the sweet Asian chili sauce, fresh lime juice and olive oil in large bowl.
Add 1 pkg (5 oz) baby spinach, cubed watermelon, bacon, and red onion.
Toss to combine.
