Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - sweet Asian chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 5 ounces - baby spinach
- 2 cups - cubed watermelon
- 3 slices - bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1/8 cups - red onion sliced
Directions:
Whisk together the sweet Asian chili sauce, fresh lime juice and olive oil in large bowl.
Add 1 pkg (5 oz) baby spinach, cubed watermelon, bacon, and red onion.
Toss to combine.
