Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Watermelon fresh puree,strained
  3. 1 1/4 tablespoons - Berry Sugar For Simple Syrup
  4. 2 cups - Cold Water For Simple Syrup
  5. 1/2 - Zest of Lemon
  6. 2 1/4 cups - Cold Water

Directions:

Simple Syrup:

Put 1 1/4 cup of water in to a sauce pan with berry sugar, add zest of lemon, bring slowly to a boil, stirring to help dissolve the sugar. bring to a boil for 5 minutes, cool completely then transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate unless using immediately.

Mix together lemon juice, watermelon puree,simple syrup and cold water.
