Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - seedless watermelon rind removed, sliced
  2. 1 cups - lemon sorbet
  3. 1 - lemon zested
  4. 1 1/2 cups - cold water
  5. - watermelon wedges & mint for garnish

Directions:

In food processor, blend watermelon, sorbet, and lemon zest until very smooth.
Stir in 1-1/2 cups cold water; cover and refrigerate until very cold.
Serve over ice and garnish with watermelon wedges & mint.
