Warrior Princess Juice

  • Brief Description

I was inspired to make this juice after purchasing a red cabbage bigger than a bowling ball for $1.50 at my local farmers market. Since it was too big for me to use at home, I brought it into the Reboot kitchen. We decided to pair it with another in-season and high-yield fruit, the watermelon, and had more than enough for the whole office to drink. We also added some oranges and fennel. The result? This budget-friendly juice is perfect for many needs. It’s pretty enough and sweet enough for a 5 year old’s princess party and nutrient-dense enough to replenish a hardcore athlete. It’s full of vitamin C, antioxidants, electrolytes and potassium. Add more red cabbage and fennel or cut-back on it to adjust the sweetness to your taste.
