Walnut Stuffed Brie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - wheel of Brie (8-1/2 inches, 2 lbs) chilled
  2. 1/2 pounds - mascarpone cheese
  3. 1/4 cups - to 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Directions:

Blend mascarpone cheese together with chopped walnuts.

Split Brie wheel in half and spread mixture between layers. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 days.

Serve at room temperature.
