Walnut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - walnuts
  2. 9 - egg whites
  3. 1 pounds - sugar (2 cups)
  4. 1 cups - fine bread crumps
  5. 1 - rind of lemon

Directions:

Grind nuts, add 2 eggs to it. Beat other egg whites, mix to nuts and add bread crumbs, sugar and rind. Drop on sheet by spoon.

350 degrees for 20 minutes until brown

Drop by spoon on foil - remove cold
