Walnut Cream Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - whipping cream
  2. 2 - carrots finely diced
  3. 2 stalks - celery finely diced
  4. 1/3 cups - walnuts chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - coarse salt
  6. - freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Boil cream; reduce to 1-1/2 cups.

Add remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, and boil for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper and toss with favorite cooked pasta.
