Walnut Chicken on Pineapple

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - whole chicken breasts skinned & boned
  2. 1 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1 tablespoons - Sherry
  4. 2 - egg whites
  5. 1/4 cups - corn starch
  6. 2 cups - walnuts chopped
  7. 1 - pineapple ring halved
  8. - maraschino cherry
  9. - green pepper
  10. - maraschino cherry
  11. - green pepper
  12. 2 - whole chicken breasts skinned & boned
  13. 1 teaspoons - salt
  14. 1 tablespoons - Sherry
  15. 2 - egg whites
  16. 1/4 cups - corn starch
  17. 2 cups - walnuts chopped
  18. 1 - pineapple ring halved

Directions:

1. Cut chicken in bit size pieces. Mix with salt, pepper and sherry.
2. Beat egg whites until foamy and mix smooth with corn starch.
3. Dip chicken in cornstarch mixture and then in walnuts.
4. Deep fry for 1 minute and drain.
5. Put garnish on plate and top with chicken.
