This is an oldie but goodie to bring out for large parties. I think you could substitue ground turkey and use your favorite herbs. I would try fat free Bisquick, which was not available when this recipe first originated.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Bisquick Original mix
- 1 pounds - Bulk pork sausage
- 4 cups - Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 teaspoons - Italian herbs, like basil, or Rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dried parsley
Directions:
Heat oven to 350'. Grease a 10x15 pan. Stir together all ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Place in pan and bake 20-25 minutes until brown. Remove from pan and serve with a nice BBQ sauce or chili sauce for dipping.
