Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - chopped onion
- 2/3 cups - chopped mushrooms
- 1 sticks - butter
- 1 tablespoons - flour
- 1/2 cups - chicken stock
- 1/2 cups - light cream
- 1/2 - lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoons - dried dill (OR 1 Tbsp fresh chopped)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - splash of white wine
- 1 1/2 pounds - shrimp peeled, deveined
- - cooked rice for serving with
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms.
Add flour, then stock, cream, and lemon juice, stirring until thickened.
Add spices, white wine and shrimp; heat through.
Serve with rice.
