Viennese Sauce for Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - chopped onion
  2. 2/3 cups - chopped mushrooms
  3. 1 sticks - butter
  4. 1 tablespoons - flour
  5. 1/2 cups - chicken stock
  6. 1/2 cups - light cream
  7. 1/2 - lemon juiced
  8. 1 teaspoons - dried dill (OR 1 Tbsp fresh chopped)
  9. - salt and pepper to taste
  10. - splash of white wine
  11. 1 1/2 pounds - shrimp peeled, deveined
  12. - cooked rice for serving with

Directions:

Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms.

Add flour, then stock, cream, and lemon juice, stirring until thickened.

Add spices, white wine and shrimp; heat through.

Serve with rice.
