Hot \'n Cheesy Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - Velveeta cut up
  2. 3 tablespoons - milk
  3. 6 1/2 ounces - can of crabmeat drained, flaked
  4. 1/2 cups - green onion slices
  5. 1/2 cups - red bell pepper chopped
  6. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - red pepper (cayenne)

Directions:

Mix velveeta, milk, crabmeat, onions, and bell peppers in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and ground red pepper.

Serve hot with snack crackers, tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables. Makes 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings of 2 Tbsp each.
