Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons - Lite Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoons - Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Dry mustard
- 1 cups - Artichoke hearts
- 1 cups - Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups - Feta cheese
- 1/2 cups - Red onion
- 4 cups - Mixed greens
- 6 tablespoons - Lite Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoons - Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Dry mustard
- 1 cups - Artichoke hearts
- 1 cups - Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups - Feta cheese
- 1/2 cups - Red onion
- 4 cups - Mixed greens
Directions:
Combine Italian dressing, vinegar and mustard. Put in jar and shake. Set aside. Put greens in bowl. Add artichoke, tomato, and onion. Put feta on top. Just before serving add dressing. Any raw vegetables can be substituted.
