Ingredients:

  1. 4 pieces - Bread slices
  2. 6 leaves - Lettuce
  3. 3/4 cups - Hummus
  4. 1/2 cups - Sprouts
  5. 10 pieces - Baby carrots-sliced
  6. 1 pieces - Red bell peppers
  7. 6 slices - Tomatoes
  8. 1 pieces - Apple
  9. 1/2 pieces - Red onion
  10. 1 teaspoons - Pumpkin seeds
  11. 1/2 pieces - Cucumber
  12. 1 tablespoons - Olive oil ( extra virgin)
  13. - Pepper and salt to taste

Directions:

1. Chop or grate all vegetables
2. Combine vegetables and add pumpkin seeds, hummus, and olive oil.
3. Mix well and season with pepper and salt.
4. Apply the mix on slices of bread and serve as a sandwich.
