Ingredients:

  1. 2 pieces - Potatoes Boiled
  2. 1/2 cups - Green Peas Boiled
  3. 1/4 cups - Carrot Grated
  4. 1/4 cups - Capsicum Chopped
  5. 1/4 cups - Corn kernels Boiled
  6. 1 tablespoons - Green Chilli Paste
  7. 1 teaspoons - Oregano
  8. 1 teaspoons - Chilli Flakes
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  11. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  12. - Salt To Taste
  13. 1/4 cups - Bread crumbs
  14. 2 tablespoons - Maida
  15. 2 tablespoons - Cornflour
  16. 2 tablespoons - Besan
  17. 3 tablespoons - Cornflour
  18. - Water As Required
  19. 1/2 cups - Cheese Grated
  20. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Malai
  21. 1 teaspoons - Butter
  22. 1/2 cups - Milk
  23. - Salt To Taste
  24. 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  25. 1 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
  26. - Oil To Fry
  27. 1 pieces - Burger Bun
  28. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  29. 1 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
  30. 1 teaspoons - Chilli Sauce
  31. 1 slices - Cabbage
  32. 7 slices - onion Soaked in salt, sugar and vinegar
  33. 3 slices - Tomatoes
  34. - Salt To Taste

Directions:

For Tikki

In a bowl, mix potatoes, carrots, peas, capsicum, corn, green chillies, oregano, chilli flakes, chaat masala, amchur powder and coriander. Now add salt and breadcrumbs.

Now mix maida, cornflour and besan in a separate bowl.

Make the cornflour slurry.

Now dip the tikki with flour mixture and slurry and breadcrumbs and deep fry till brown.

For Dip

Mix cheese, malai, butter, milk in a microwave bowl and microwave at the interval of 30 seconds until mixed.
Now add salt, chilli powder, ketchup and make the dip.

For Assembling
Cut a burger bun in half.
Toast the bun with some butter.
Apply Tomato Ketchup plus Chilli Sauce on the bun.
Then place a cabbage/lettuce leave, tikki, onion slices, tomato slices, salt, tomato ketchup, dip and the bun.

Serve Happy. :)
