    If you are adding chicken cook it before you begin sauteing I like to season it with Mrs.Dash Chicken Montreal and Sage. Once the chicken is cooked dice it and put it in a bowl. You can also after cooking the chicken add about two cups of water to the pan scrap with a rubber spatula and put it aside. After you cook and dice the chicken use the same pan to cook the vegetables in for even more flavour! **If your looking to be more healthy try Vegan Cheeses and Vegan Pasta** (You might be surprised)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunches - Asaparagus Chop into Bite sized
  2. 10 ounces - Portabella Mushrooms Quartered
  3. 2 cups - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 2 cups - Grape Tomatoes Quartered
  5. 1 1/2 cups - Merlot
  6. 1 pounds - Pasta (Bowties) Al dente
  7. 1 - KerryGold Grassfed Butter
  8. 1 pinchs - Salt & Pepper
  9. 1 pounds - Chicken (Optional) *Diced*
  10. 2 cups - Mozzarella

Directions:

Tools you will need:
**Saute pan, A pot, Strainer, Wooden spoon or spatula, Chef Knife, Cutting board, and bowls to place the ingredients in. **

Start off by Prepping All necessary ingredients listed. Then begin by getting your pot of water boiling for your pasta. *Remember to put your strainer in the sink!*

Next begin by getting the saute pan nice and hot. Once Hot add extra virgin Olive Oil. Quickly add portabella mushrooms and cook on high making sure to stir them frequently for 1 1/2 minutes.

Next add the merlot to the pan and let the wine reduce for 1 minute.

Once the wine has reduced. Add in another cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil throughout the Pan. Then Begin to Add asparagus and grape tomatoes. Stir every 30 seconds for 4 minutes. *If you are adding chicken add it in here*

Next add Salt & Pepper and stir. Next Add and Stir in the pasta. Finally Finish by adding the Mozzarella(*Put the lid on the saute pan to help melt the cheese*)
