Vegetarian Chili with Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - red kidney beans drained, 15.5 oz.
  2. 1 cans - great northern beans drained, 15 oz.
  3. 1 cans - diced tomatoes 15 oz.
  4. 1 cans - tomato sauce 8 oz.
  5. 3/4 cups - chopped green pepper
  6. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  7. 1 tablespoons - chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - sugar substitute
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - dried basil
  10. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  11. - hot cooked rice for serving with

Directions:

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup water.

Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
