Vegetarian Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Broccoli cuts cooked and drained
  2. 1/2 cups - Milk
  3. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
  5. 1/4 cups - Bread crumbs
  6. 2 tablespoons - Cheddar cheese shredded
  7. 1 tablespoons - Wheat germ
  8. 1 tablespoons - Butter melted
  9. 1 stalks - Celery chopped
  10. 1 - Medium onion chopped
  11. 1 - Green pepper, small chopped
  12. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  13. 2 cups - Noodles cooked and drained
  14. 1 1/2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese shredded (6 oz.)

Directions:

Cook celery, onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in noodles, Monterey Jack, broccoli, milk, salt and pepper. Turn into an ungreased 1 1/2 quarter casserole. Bake covered in 350° oven for 15 minutes.

Combine bread crumbs, Cheddar, wheat germ and butter. Sprinkle around edge of casserole. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
