Vegetable Panini Bread

Ingredients:

  1. - heart bread sliced
  2. - butter or margarine
  3. - Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Dressing
  4. - deli mozzarella cheese sliced
  5. - red and yellow peppers sliced

Directions:

Butter one piece of bread on the outside and lay on cutting board. Spread with Sun Dried Tomato Dressing on the inside, then top with a slice of mozzarella and slices of peppers.

On another piece of bread, butter the outside and spread inside with Sun Dried Tomato Dressing. Top other piece of bread.

Continue this for each sandwich. Preheat Panini Press and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
