Vegetable Cheese Tart

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - eggs beaten
  2. 2 cups - half-and-half
  3. 2 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  4. 1 packages - Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  5. 1 packages - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach drained
  6. 1 - unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Stir first 5 ingredients until well blended.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
