Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - squash chopped
  2. 1 tablespoons - dijon mustard
  3. - salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1/3 cups - parmesan cheese
  5. 1/2 cups - Bisquick
  6. 1 - egg
  7. 3/4 cups - milk
  8. 1 cups - tomatoes chopped
  9. 1 cups - zucchini chopped
  10. 1/2 cups - onion chopped

Directions:

Toss chopped vegetables with dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper. Place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine parmesan cheese, Bisquick, egg, and milk, and stir 'til well mixed. Pour over vegetable mixture.
Bake at 375° F for 30-35 minutes.
