Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Chickpea flour Finely ground
  2. 1/4 cups - Water
  3. 1 tablespoons - Chia seeds
  4. 1 tablespoons - Nutritional Yeast
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  7. 2 tablespoons - Chopped onion
  8. 2 tablespoons - Minced Dill
  9. - Hot pepper sauce Cholula or Tobasco...your choice
  10. 2 teaspoons - Coconut or Olive oil

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl, add water and stir well then add onion, herbs and spices. Stir again and let sit while heating a small fry pan (7") over medium heat with the oil. Make sure the pan is well coated then pour batter into the pan and let cook about 4 minutes, bubbles should rise and pop when it's ready to be turned over. Turn and cook for another 4ish minutes. Serve with hot sauce of choice on top.
