    Make sure the onions and tomatoes are in equal proportion so not to sour. Make sure ginger and garlic are cooked properly. No need to remove tomato seeds. You can store the paste til 2 months in a refrigerator. When boiling the vegetables, add a little salt and sugar.

Ingredients:

  2. 2 pieces - Onions Chopped
  3. 1 pieces - Ginger
  4. 10 pieces - Garlic Cloves
  5. 2 pieces - Tomatoes Chopped
  6. - Salt To Taste
  7. 1 tablespoons - Chili Powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
  10. 1 tablespoons - Kitchen King Masala
  11. 2 tablespoons - Cashew
  12. 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
  13. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  15. 2 pieces - Cinnamon
  16. 1 pieces - Cardamom
  17. 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
  18. 4 pieces - Clove
  19. - Water As Required
  20. 3 tablespoons - Cream
  21. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  22. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  23. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  24. 1/2 cups - Onion and Capsicum Chopped
  25. 1 cups - Mixed Vegetables Peas, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower and French beans boiled with salt and sugar
  26. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  27. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
  28. 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
  29. 1/4 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  30. - Salt To Taste
  31. 2 tablespoons - Paneer Crumbled
  32. 1/2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
  33. 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
  34. - Coriander
  35. - Butter

Directions:

For Amritsari Gravy Paste
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and saute till its water burns.
Add ginger, garlic and saute.
Add tomatoes and salt in proportion of added ingredients and cook til softened.
Now add chili powder, pepper, cumin powder, kitchen king masala and mix properly.
Add cashews, kasuri methi and mix well. Cool the mixture til room temperature.
Crush the paste.

For Amritsari Gravy
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, big cardamom, clove and paste and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Now add cream, coriander and mix again.

For vegetables
Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Add onions and capsicum and saute properly.
Now add mixed vegetables, pepper, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, chili powder, salt and paneer and mix properly.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
Add kasuri methi and mix well.

Now add gravy to the vegetables.

Serve hot. Garnish with coriander and butter.
