Make sure the onions and tomatoes are in equal proportion so not to sour. Make sure ginger and garlic are cooked properly. No need to remove tomato seeds. You can store the paste til 2 months in a refrigerator. When boiling the vegetables, add a little salt and sugar.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 2 pieces - Onions Chopped
- 1 pieces - Ginger
- 10 pieces - Garlic Cloves
- 2 pieces - Tomatoes Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 tablespoons - Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Kitchen King Masala
- 2 tablespoons - Cashew
- 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 2 pieces - Cinnamon
- 1 pieces - Cardamom
- 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
- 4 pieces - Clove
- - Water As Required
- 3 tablespoons - Cream
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/2 cups - Onion and Capsicum Chopped
- 1 cups - Mixed Vegetables Peas, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower and French beans boiled with salt and sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- 1/4 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 2 tablespoons - Paneer Crumbled
- 1/2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
- - Coriander
- - Butter
Directions:
For Amritsari Gravy Paste
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and saute till its water burns.
Add ginger, garlic and saute.
Add tomatoes and salt in proportion of added ingredients and cook til softened.
Now add chili powder, pepper, cumin powder, kitchen king masala and mix properly.
Add cashews, kasuri methi and mix well. Cool the mixture til room temperature.
Crush the paste.
For Amritsari Gravy
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, big cardamom, clove and paste and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Now add cream, coriander and mix again.
For vegetables
Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Add onions and capsicum and saute properly.
Now add mixed vegetables, pepper, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, chili powder, salt and paneer and mix properly.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
Add kasuri methi and mix well.
Now add gravy to the vegetables.
Serve hot. Garnish with coriander and butter.
