One Onion, One Tomato, Three small Boiled Potatos, One Capsicum, Paneer 100 grm
Maida, Wheat Flour, Salt, Oil
Directions:
1. Fine chopped - Tomato, Onion and Capsicum.
Cut Boiled Potato in Small Pieces, Cut Paneer in Cubes
2.Hit Pan. Add Some Oil then add Onion,Tomato.Capsicum,Paneer Cubes fry for 203 mins. then add Boiled Potatos.Then add Red Chilli and Salt as per taste.Fry for 2-3 mins. Your stuffing is ready.
3.Take a bowl. add one bowl maida and some wheat flour with 2 tbsp oil and salt. Add some water and make a dough.Leave it for 30 mins.
4.Make small balls and make a thin roti from dough. Then add Veg Mayo and Tomato Sauce in High Quantity then add Stuffing and add some onion and mayo and tomato sauce and then roll it and fry it with butter for 2-4 mins.Your Paneer Roll is ready to serve.
