Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  3. 4 pieces - Black Peppercorns
  4. 2 pieces - Cardamom
  5. 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
  6. 4 pieces - Clove
  7. 2 leaves - Bayleaf
  8. 2 sticks - Cinnamon
  9. 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 pieces - Onion Chopped
  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
  12. 1 pieces - Tomato Chopped
  13. - Salt To Taste
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  16. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  17. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
  19. 2 teaspoons - Biryani Masala
  20. 1 tablespoons - Coriander and Mint
  21. - Water As Required
  22. 2 tablespoons - Birasto
  23. 1 cups - Mixed Vegetables Boiled - Cauliflower, French Beans, Carrot, Peas and Potatoes
  24. 1 cups - Cooked Rice Basmati
  25. - Coal For Smoking
  26. - Onion Layer Other
  27. - Ghee Other
  28. - Birasto For Garnishing
  29. - Coriander For Garnishing
  30. - Raita For Serving

Directions:

Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add black peppercorns, cardamom, big cardamom, clove, bayleaf, cinnamon and cumin seeds.
Add onions and saute.
Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and saute.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper, coriander cumin powder, cumin powder, biryani masala and coriander mint and water and cook for 1 minute.
Now add birasto and mixed vegetables, rice and mix together.
Now smoke the biryani pulao with heated coal with ghee on onion layer and cook with closed lid for 2 minutes. Now mix together and serve hot.
