Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 4 pieces - Black Peppercorns
- 2 pieces - Cardamom
- 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
- 4 pieces - Clove
- 2 leaves - Bayleaf
- 2 sticks - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 1 pieces - Onion Chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pieces - Tomato Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Biryani Masala
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander and Mint
- - Water As Required
- 2 tablespoons - Birasto
- 1 cups - Mixed Vegetables Boiled - Cauliflower, French Beans, Carrot, Peas and Potatoes
- 1 cups - Cooked Rice Basmati
- - Coal For Smoking
- - Onion Layer Other
- - Ghee Other
- - Birasto For Garnishing
- - Coriander For Garnishing
- - Raita For Serving
Directions:
Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add black peppercorns, cardamom, big cardamom, clove, bayleaf, cinnamon and cumin seeds.
Add onions and saute.
Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and saute.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper, coriander cumin powder, cumin powder, biryani masala and coriander mint and water and cook for 1 minute.
Now add birasto and mixed vegetables, rice and mix together.
Now smoke the biryani pulao with heated coal with ghee on onion layer and cook with closed lid for 2 minutes. Now mix together and serve hot.
