Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - Chana Toor Dal 1 cup Toor dal and 1/4 cup chana dal boiled
  2. 1 1/4 cups - Sugar
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - Cardamom powder
  4. pinchs - Nutmeg powder
  5. 1 cups - Wheat maida dough
  6. - Ghee
  7. - Poppy Seeds
  8. - Charoli

Directions:

In a pan, take dal, sugar and cook for a while on low flame.
Now add cardamom and nutmeg and cook til stuffing leaves pan.
Cool on room temperature.

Make puran poli and roast on pan. Add ghee, poppy seeds and charoli and serve hot.
